Lorine Foley

Every now and then everyone is in need of a rebrand. For Lorine Foley, her time had come. While going over her old business cards, we had discussed which direction to move forward in. While creating her new branding that would be appearing on business cards, drafting papers, and any other future drawings of hers, I had worked with her to make multiple revisions and prints of the design. This design included the use of Illustrator, Photoshop, and Indesign. I started off by using a color block to split the card in half and display her name. This clean design felt too safe and we decided to dig deeper and move forward with the idea. Layed over the top of the color block, you’ll see a line drawing of a house Lorine had drawn. In her own program, she simplified her drawing and sent me the file to mess around with. Working with Lorine was an exciting experience and helped me to learn new ways of creating a design that the client loves and will keep them coming back.
